Sir how do we know that in accelerated frames light beam bend? at 9:29 My intuition said light path would be straight for that person in lift. In short both pictures (left and right) should tell the same story. Has this been experimentally tested or is there an easier way to see this? Thank you

there is a difference though. a gravitational field extends out in all directions infinitely whereas acceleration is in one direction. are they equivilant by pure coincidence? or are they both manifestations of some deeper undelying principle? like magnetism and elevtricity. is motion and distance all an illusion?

When you talked about the book and petson feeling "zero g". Wouldn't they BOTH feel 9.8m/s/s thus bringing them BOTH down with the elevator hence heavier does not fall faster?? No reason for them to float right?

Enjoyed the video, however acceleration at a constant rate and non uniform acceleration as in a gravitational field can never be equivalent....by definition ! So I cannot say that the principle of equivalence is true.
