I've been using this for some time and I always do about 6 sets of 100 with the extenders and 4 sets of 60 with the other grips and it works out basically your whole arm I like them very much plus I'm a Heavy Equipment Mechanic so it gives me great strength and grip

Day 3 starting with easy level (green) first.. so far I like it

I'm poor, so I just get a forarm pump and use that as my resistance. Replicating that same movement.
