If mods didn't exist the game would be dead. Mojang is lazy af they can't do shit, only excuse that they don't have much time and work very hard. Meanwhile some small group of people with no money, and in free time while working 9-5 making amazing mods. Its embarrassing when game popular only by mods and not by game it self 😔

I mean, yeah, maybe they actually lack the capacity, but what's the problem with just hiring more devs if it's really not possible to do more right now? I mean, this game is insanely successfull 200million+ active players! WHERE THE F**K DID ALL THE MONEY GO? Other games have far more complicated graphics, even though minecraft is kinda complex in programming I believe, this has got to be possible, come on.

i think they update too much, sure most are lazy but they do have some effect on texture packs, mods, and shaders.

To be completely honest, I never have time to integrate the new features into my everyday playing until a while later. I don't think Mojang needs to pump out new updates all the time because it will eventually make the game too complex
