Beyoncé Changes Song Lyrics After Backlash For Offensive Word

Beyoncé is taking some heat for her new song "Heated." The "Renaissance" songstress is changing the lyrics in part of her newly released album after facing backlash from fans and a disability equality charity. "Words matter. They reinforce the negative attitudes disabled people face every day," a rep for Scope, a U.K. nonprofit, said on Twitter. Now, Beyoncé has announced she will change the lyrics, "The word, not used intentionally in a harmful way, will be replaced," her rep told Insider.

How tf is "spaz" and ableist term? I've never heard this word to describe anything but able bodied individuals freaking out. I also didn't hear about this with Lizzo so it's not hard to believe Bey's team didn't either. And I'm sick of people assuming people are "non-disabled". There are so many conditions that are considered disabilities & not everyone shares their conditions with the world.

The news wouldn't say the word . I tried to read a few articles AND THEY didn't mention the word I guess the word is " spaz " ? which I read in the comments .
