the two battles you fight at all times in ecom are:

lower CPA

increase LTV

If you're getting "no sales, " it's not a problem—it's a result. You have to find the actual problem by breaking it down into small pieces and thinking like this:

A is your current situation, B is your desired outcome, and the gap between A and B is the action gap that you need to take action on to reach that desired outcome.(B)

So remember, "not getting sales" is not the problem; it's the result. Find the actual problem, solve it, and crush it.

I feel like a lot of yesterday’s video relates to this video as well. I think most of the answers we are looking for are found from a constant process of: have idea, test, analyse, change, repeat. Again and again. Many of us want to believe it is more complicated though. As you said, “Simple is not always easy.”
