So I'm sure many of you have seen Netflix's Street Food series and in particular the episode featuring Seoul's biggest traditional market - Gwangjang Market. Super blessed to experience this for myself and try many of the foods featured in the show and in this video, I'm going to share my reaction on trying these dishes. It's time to get food!

I was salivating while watching this. One thing about the sikhye is made with fermented rice and malt. I have fond memories of drinking it at parties while growing up. I knew you’d enjoy the naengmyun. 😋

One more thing. The sauce that you dipped in was not chili oil. It was a soy sauce based sauce. It looks like it also had a bit of sesame oil and gochugaru (Korean chili flakes). We don’t use chili oil in Korean cooking. 😊

I have two complaints about this video. It was too short 🤣and why do I have to wait a whole week for the next one? 😭

The place is revolting. It stinks. Most of the fried food is dripping in fat. And the raw stuff is vile.
