I’m a southern American and I was always taught to never eat the yellow parts of the crab because it’s bad for you. Been eating crabs my whole life scraping that part….ONLY TO FIND OUT IT DOESNT REALLY KILL U 🤣🤣. How silly. But yea, that looks delicious. Maybe I’ll grow a pair and try it one day
