my secret / weird trick to ace any exam | exam anxiety mental routine

i hope you guys enjoy this video about the technique / trick I use to ace any exam & not panic during or before it! I know it might sound a little weird but trust me it works XD
This technique has helped me do well on and focus during my AP, SAT, and ACT exams, so I definitely recommend trying it out! of course, everybody is different so this might not work for you, but hopefully it can show you that different people have different mindsets when taking an important exam! good luck on your tests!!
