HOW TO FIX YOUR IN-GAME MIC NOT WORKING IN CSGO!!

Today I want to show you guys how to try and fix your mic if it isn't working in-game in csgo! I've had this problem too many times so I though I would make a vid for those of you also encountering the same thing! Hope you guys enjoy!

None of these things worked, mic works in eveyrthing else like discord, but not csgo. Please helpp

I'm playing on a laptop and using the default microphone array, it works in other apps but when I use the mic in csgo my teammates couldn't hear me. (Btw the fans are quite loud when I play, could that be the reason why my teammates couldn't hear me?)

My mic works on discord fine however when i Play csgo it does not do the waving thing with or without my mic input on my headset

I've done everything, works in everything else like discord or on steam itself just not csgo.

My mic works on everything else including steam's voice testing EXCEPT for games on steam.

Guys if you have used a voice changer program it automaticly turns your mic into that make sure you selected your own mic

Can someone help with this.None of these work. When i go in csgo, the Audio device is the headset i want to use but when i go to the Audio Output Configuration the Mic is not there. I tried everything but nothing works.Its been stuck like that for 4 weeks and any help would be appreciated.

Checked my input settings like you did in the video and my input was set to something competely random. This helped a lot my man, thanks. Now I can talk in CSGO lmao

voice_system_enable 1 or voice_enable 1 try these 2 commands, first one fixed it for me

It didn’t helped its showing that I’m speaking in csgo but it’s not recording my voice

thanks a lot my mic didnt work on csgo and any other game and was making me mad but this really helped and fixed it

I was on discord with the same microphone and it works but on csgo i doesen t work 😕

It is nothing to do with my mic.

It doesn't even show the animation of my name showing when presing the voicerecord button I selected as "v"... I tried default k. Still nothing. My mic works fine on discord and any other platform. This happened after a csgo update.

My microphone is working in other games only on CS:GO it does not work. I checked all the setting and they are as they should. I don't know what is happening.
