This tutorial literally fixed my screen tearing AND input lag simultaneously. I thought I would have to enable VSync to fix screen tearing at the cost of input lag but just specifically choosing “let me pick from a list of available drivers” rather than browsing or automatically searching for it on my computer updated it and fixed everything.
