You will need: a variety of dumbbells
Format:
6x6 -4 exercises/6 reps/6 rounds
30 Second circuit -30 sec work/10 sec rest -x2
6x6
30 second circuit x2

Warm up and cool down included

Workout:
6x6 Format

Lateral lunge to lateral raise -6/side
Reverse lunge bicep curl
Squat single side thrust
Renegade row
x6

30 sec work/10 sec rest x2
Squat front raise
Reverse lunge lateral raise/Side lunge front raise
V sit leg drop
Bottom burpee bicep curl
x2

6x6
Heavy front squat
Bentover wide row
Pushup bird dog
Plie upright row front raise (which accidentally switched into a deadlift upright row -whoops!)

30 sec work/10 sec rest
Bentover DB pass
Plank overhead press
Squat front lunge
Skier swings
x2

Cool down and stretch

So sorry to hear about your dad Tracy. My Pop turned 80 last December and began struggling with a mystery illness. It breaks your heart to see your hero in a vulnerable position. Hoping your whole family was together and enjoyed a happy and peaceful Christmas holiday. As for this work out I really felt my age (turning 56 in January) but I stuck with it all the way through. I couldn’t agree more with you about using exercise to help alleviate stress, I have used exercise as a coping mechanism since my teens. Thanks so much for all your hard work and dedication to moving daily and this channel. Happy new year to you and yours 🎄❤️

Loved this metabolic workout! I did a quick, hard HIIT for 5 min before, then a 15 min mini band for legs and booty workout after, then came back to do the cooldown with you. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas with your family and friends 🎄😊

This was awesome! I think my favorite of this type! Getting the heart rate up and strength, you gave it all to us! Challenging but doable moves, love the compound moves. I feel worked out! Thank you!

Oh my goodness I totally fan girled when you shouted me out in this vid! 😅as a matter of fact, I did have poor nutrition on the day I did that last metabolic workout for the first time lol. Which certainly played a part in that! This workout was killer. I loved it! Definitely got my heart rate! These metabolic ones are always the hardest for me! 😬

Love this format Tracy. I’m all about efficiency and this workout is efficient. Least fav was bottom burpees, don’t enjoy the crouching position. Love the v sits. Thank you ❤️

I am so far behind on videos! Catching up and loving this. Metabolic is a fave but I loved the combo of rep 6x6 with intervals! They both have their value and I enjoyed combining them. Great moves, loved all of them but I did have to use 3lbs for that last plank move. I actually like the skiers better than KB swings. And my new fave Tracy saying is BQS...burning quad syndrome. Great workout!

Great metabolic format. In a short time giving so much strength. Awesome using 14lbs, 10lbs and 6lbs. Next time when I do this workout I try heavier. Lol
Even though working hard and come far at the end of 2018 thanks to your strength workouts and all the of the other workouts that you posted.
A challenge for the new year to keep moving daily doing fitness workouts.
