45 Minute Intense Metabolic Smash - Burn 510 Calories* Oh I just loved this workout so much! It's a blast of cardio, compound strength, heavy strength and rounding it out again with cardio. It's SO good. Hope you like the different formats!

Multiple formats:
30/10 cardio
45/15 compound strength
6x6 (6 rounds, 6 reps)

Loved your talk at the end. I love gardening and have missed a few workouts because I'm outside all day planting, weeding, etc., I always feel like being outside doing the thing I love is good for me, but struggle with the little voice that makes me feel like I'm slacking. I've been trying to figure out a balance, and think if I start getting up earlier I could do both. Just about the time I'm in a routine, something happens to throw me a curve, but such is life. Knowing even you miss workouts occasionally makes me feel better. Thanks!

Thanks Tracy. Being a swimmer and and active sportwoman, and having being through a gum surgery, I can.t practise my usual activities but here you are helping me to keep fit and busy with your variety of adapted options.You saved my summer!

I spent the last 2 days celebrating my only child graduating from high school and the parties that go along with the end of high school. this was HARD today!! LOVED IT and felt way better after i finished!

You were right; this was SO good!! Total fire! That 6x6, whew! This is a great format. You have truly changed my mindset toward cardio and that is huge! I feel completely poured out and purged and like you, I needed that today. Thank you for your fabulous workouts and the "therapy" talks during the stretches. So so so good!

After extensive travelling for 5 weeks, I came back to my regular 6 day a week working out. This was my third workout (after two spin classes) and boy am I feeling it today! Great workout that I have added to my favourites!

That was such a great workout. So glad to hear you take rest days, as I always feel guilty, but I try to tell myself my body needs it, I just had to take off 3 days and boy I just could not wait to get back today and had a lot more energy than I thought I would have, thank you Tracy for all you do!!!

Oh boy 😅 this was challenging for me but also felt doable as yesterday I has a rest day with a massage and hot bath and I felt the difference in my workout also! I definitely had to pause video a few times and walk around my house until I got my breathing and heart rate under control. Didn’t have a lot left for the last cardio but I slowed it down but yet my heart rate was still quite high even from doing low intensity. Thank you Tracy for the workout but the meaningful talks at the end…always look forward to hear and learn. ❤
