Crazy how many stupid comments, "Im a saw master, I dont need no technology." I hope all of these "master" carpenters are still using hammer and nail with corded saws and drills. Even those were new technology at one time. Fine, if you dont want it or can't afford it but ignorant to knock something that can improve efficiency and end result!

I don't care what anyone says. Free handing with a circular saw will never give an accurate finished cut, use a track saw or a straight edge.

I just bought one on sale at HD for $200. Already have their batteries. Additional tracks are $50. Sure to be on sale again at Black Friday etc.

I don’t know if track saw good or no good based on the comments. Im just a dude who wants to learn to build things at home. At times I struggle with my cuts. I don’t want shitty work so started to research a track saw.
