You have to say 'what's on your mind?' What are you seeing? What concerns do you have? The video reminds me of the time I performed a pump head calc for the engineer of record. He had grossly underestimated it, and pump wasn't large enough, and he took it out on me with anger. That's one of many examples I have of psychological insecurity in the workplace.
