Thank you Twingate for sponsoring another video. 👩‍💻 I use this service everyday.

Not “zero trust” you have to trust the VPN vendor

A normal VPN can also do split tunneling
Just because it’s running on a public IP doesn’t mean it’s any more exposed than the service you advertised

VPN is the most secure way to access your server. Twin gate is just a different VPN software

When will "influencers" learn that when they misrepresent the truth to to pocket some sponsorship money they lose all credibility. Goodbye

Twingate is built on wireguard. A significant number of VPN companies are also building their VPN's on wireguard. Many people are also replacing their old enterprise VPNs, like the one shipped with Cisco's ASA appliances, with wireguard. You mean to tell me that twingate, built on the same technology, is not susceptible to attacks? They might be more resilient but this type of marketing is close to the shit VPN companies will say about their product.

I suggest, if you don’t know how something fully works you should only explain it to your family and not the entire world 😘

You presented of the VPN and some of its important concepts, but you failed to present details about the other solution (and you failed to hook me).

So that's not don't use a vpn, it's don't use a vpn badly.
A good vpn will only redirect the traffic from the target network and setup a route for only that.
Multi level authentication shouldn't depend on a single service.
In the usual setup I propose each user has a password and a certificate for the vpn exclusively, then each server has their own independent auth system, routing can be different per user too, so some servers may only be available to some users.
If you're paranoid port knocking is a thing, so the vpn isn't even contactable without a sequence of knocks on specific ports.
Port knocking can also be done for an advanced setup with a rolling code so even a packet capture can't be used.
Tada not exposed to the internet.

Also the service in the ad is still a vpn

Exposed to the public internet... it must be 100% vulnerable obviously.

Are you referring to VPN services? Cause one can also host a VPN on the server they're accessing.

Some of you seem to think of VPNs as some kind of "le 1337 anonymization service", not getting that this video is about accessing corporate infrastructure.

Anyway, I don't see how this paid service could compete with FOSS solutions such as WireGuard...

Stop using VPNs, but here's a VPN service? Gtfo

You need to work on your ad presenting. That one is the worst sell I’ve seen

VPNs are good for steaming services to watch them where they”re being blocked, which is almost anywhere. That “privacy” thing is just a cover.
