Honestly, if the performance is not that better, honestly, as an android guy, my iPhone 14 Pro Max is keeping me away from any android device for now, I m in love with ios, the typing feedback experience have improved a lot, iOS is just so smooth and the fluidity is just top notch, I love my iPhone 14 Pro Max

Bought my pro max about 3 days ago after being a Oneplus user for about 8 years. Honestly the casual usage difference isn't as bad as it was when I switched from the 5s to Oneplus 5. These days Android devices and iPhones have become so similar that people don't have to worry about the production value in the same price range.
Some things which are insanely annoying are the lack of some general features like gestures to operate your phone and the battery charging speed(it's diabolically slow for how much this phone costs).

overheating was an issue when I first got my 15 pro (non-max), but those updates and just regular usage fixed it. :)

as a iPhone 15 pro max owner since launch I can say I am very happy with my device battery is awesome display is incredible cameras work fantastic. optimized to work well with social media platforms like instagram etc is super important to me and apple continue to impress me. works great with all my apple owned products will keep phone for a hot minute.

many of my students got it and all facing overheating issue( in Thailand) its hot and sometimes they cant even use the phone, its laggy also out of (around 10) 4 to 5 of them facing battery problem like crazy, half day and they are on 20% with less than 4 hours screen on time.

There no way you getting just 6 hours and you have to charge again I call 🧢 😂😂 you just wanted to sponsor anker. I had this phone since September and it’s a beast some days I’m getting 10 hours screen on time what you talking about and it lasts more than a day if it’s not heavy used. Smh 🤦🏾‍♂️

Barely last a day? My iPhone 15 pro max lasts all day under heavy usage and I don’t even charge it to 100% before I get the day started. Maybe 80-90% charge

Go to the settings and turn off background app refresh for better battery.

Wow, I get 9 hours + of screen on time easily with everything enabled and lots of background usage with music on Bluetooth and Apple Watch always connected. My battery life is 98% with 180 charges.

I get to full days on a single charge with my 15 pro max. Since I got it in October, I’ve only got 160 charge cycles. Even on heavy use days, I get 9+ hours….

Have to agree with most of your points. I have found the OP 12 and S24U are better devices. For my Action Button I don’t use it much. Even Mute doesn’t mute the device. Some things still sound out.

I drop my iPhone XS all the time without a case and I have never cracked it. I do use a screen protector. I don’t have a problem with it so I’m waiting for a major innovation change to consider getting a new iPhone besides usb c which really isn’t innovative

The screen fading away after being in direct sunlight for a few minutes can be very annoying.

I have a menu of options programmed to my action button. Silent on and off, notes, my gym playlist, bank app.

I use the action bottom to open payroll app from work to clock in and out
Is easier for me that way
