I have the iPhone 16 plus in black with 256gb I’m really loving my iPhone. I gave my iPhone 14 Plus to my mother she came from using the iPhone 11.

A $799 phone should have a 120Hz screen, but honestly, it doesn’t really matter because about 99% of the media and 3D games won’t exceed 60Hz. The only difference a 120Hz display would make is when you’re scrolling down or swiping left and right at the home page; you’ll feel, “Oh, it’s smooth; my phone performs well.”

Apples OS and UI optimization makes it feel amazing for having a 60hz on the base models. With that being said, I can totally tell the difference & it’s crazy how they’re still skimping out on 120hz going into 2025

.I still have the Iphone 13 (128 GB, starlight) purchase on April 2022..! I use it for occasional use...transit app, email, some web surfing. The battery is at 82%, cameras are OK for general purpose, so that being said, where is the impetus to purchase the Iphone 16..? We will be honest, the EVERY commentator will promote the Apple products (..$$$$), but is it better to change battery for the Iphone 13 or purchase the Iphone 16...?

Almost initial? In my opinion I think was fully initial, Apple didn’t give the base iPhones 120hz this long. Due to cheap market tactics wanting people to buy the pro over the base model. Honestly, Apple could’ve gave 120hz to base line iPhones when the iPhone 13 series came out they simply chose not to, heck, even the 12 pro was suppose to have 120hz, but Apple wasn’t ready.

I’m still using my 13PM. Aside from battery life, it’s still fast. The urge to get a shiny new device is there though. That being said, not sure if I’ll get a 16 series, wait for 17 series, or get a refurbished 15 pro/pro max

Apple teaches me its ok to have 60hz screen its like the monitor of a pc it is not the screen refresh rate that matters its the powerful cpu that is important to run AAA games. Im sold
