Well done, great to see this happening. Would be nice to have textures/materials/lights as a like for like, to take advantage of the all the look&feel work done in TM.

I'd suggest using the dataprep workflow for importing datasmith files. It's great for cleaning up the TM project, getting rid of unnecessary assets, and much more. plus, it creates a datasmith scene file and a level which are easy to reuse.

Can you create a direct connection between Unreal and Twin motion, instead of having to export a new datasmith file every time there are changes?

I try to import the tree assets in Twinmotion and it will shop invalid lightmap in Unreal. Do you know how to fix it?

Great video, but there are no textures for some reason (UE5.4 + TM 2023.1) The textures are in a separate folder, but they are not applied to the geometries as they are in your video. I must be doing something wrong. Any ideas?

Hi, I tried it, and everything is fine with the materials, but no Twinmotion tree is imported in Unreal, in fact I get a message in the vegetation texture that has red letters. What could be the error?

Does it work with UE 5.4.4? Do you need to have the Twinmotion content and Twinmotion materials for UE installed? Because they are not compatible with 5.4. Or you just need the Datasmith Twinmotion Content for Unreal Engine ?

Materials don't apply --- UE 5.4.4 and TM 2024.1.2 ....
