I can indeed confirm that these things help. I actually was just watching this video, and two minutes later, I got my first sub-10 (9.528). Getting old as well being in my 50's 😀. I just started about 3 months ago and averaging around 53 seconds on Rubik's Connected with PB of 37.5sec. Started using RSM 2020 with CsTimer yesterday and averaging around 49 seconds with a PB of 35.6sec on that setup. Anyway used your code to order the Gan 11 Pro last night so hopefully I can keep my mind young while solving and keep improving with age 👍.

Tingma, you rock! I tried both of your sub 10 scrambles, and I got 9.79 for your first sub 9 and for your current sub 9 record, I got 9.2 (both full step.)
I have been secretly competing abasing you since I stumbled across your "7 year old Daughter vs Dad cube battle" video, and I want to thank you for being such a motivation for me. When I began to "compete" against you, I was averaging 16 seconds, and my PB was 10.89 seconds. Since then my average has dropped to 10 seconds and my PB is now 6.26 seconds. You have been such an inspiration to me, and what you said in a former video about cubers finishing learning full OLL and PLL is true. During the lockdown in COVID I did finish learning both sets. Since then I have been following your videos with great interest and you are my favourite cubing channel.
