That’s why I have autoimmune disease, over activated immune system from decades of stress and trauma that never let up. And it’s why I don’t tend to get sick with colds or flu..

I didn't have to get a substitute once this year, But, I was so sick every single break. Maybe I need to keep going.

Fun fact, when I use to masturbate, I noticed I’d be more likely to get a cold after releasing my semen. I think it was multiple things
A) the prolactin release inhibited my dopamine and put me into a relaxed state which made me more vulnerable to infection
B) my zinc levels in body deteriorated somewhat, (I noticed if I supplemented zinc I could stop the relaxed effect).
C) exercise helped stop this, particularly strength exercise, I think it was causing dopamine resensitisation and therefore activating immune response

I should shut my screen off and that would 100% help my brain. No! b00. im So Mad at neurobiology for being like that. I also am starting to get sleepy closey eye LLids so I will definitely be taking you up on the sage advice soon. Promise. salute
