Loose clothes, better physique, more strength and improved body metabolism will show in itself that your have focused on fat loss and not just weight loss.

Sir, your videos are very informative and interesting. Today in did my fasting insulin and it is 33. However, HBA1C and fasing glucose are normal. I will be starting my journey to bring back the insulin to single digit from today. Really inspired by your videos.
