I was off YouTube for a while and I randomly saw Bahjas channel and since that day I promised myself I would change and do it the right way. Her content has been a huge inspiration and seeing her overcome the challenges I’m facing has motivated me.

NUMBER ONE SET YOUR STANDARDS

Move your body everyday
- 10 000 steps
- training

Eat with a diet that will last you for years
- get some blood work done
- gut health
- probiotic food, fermented food, cinnamon, tea
- good nutrient dense foods (green food)
- set intentions for food in the week and the month
- the ultra mind solution book
- having your vegetables before any meal and having protein
- gloves

Vitamins
- go to the doctor and make sure to check

- supplements

Hygiene
- have a hygiene routine
- nails, your ears, your legs, your
- Oral hygiene, brush and floss everyday, tongue scraping
- wet wipes, bidet
- change your pad and tampons
- CLEAN YOUR HOME, you smell like your home
- a hygiene bag
- have higher standard AND expectations for yourself

- exfoliating sponge
- bar soap, then body wash, hit em with and oil, lush body butter, body mist, perfume
- pajama set

Its not about looking pretty its a about feeling like yourself and feminine

Your environment
- make sure your home feels like home

Lifestyle
- routines are everything, routines are life

Your swag
- have what makes you, you have your own personal style and stay true to yourself and what makes sense to you

Notes I took to stay focused during this gem of a video:

Being Pretty is a Choice !

Embody the idea that you are beautiful
Fully believe it to your core
This will build proof that you are pretty :-)
Chose differently, forgiving yourself for your past bad choices

Set Standards

What can I accept about myself?
What can I change about myself?
What does the best version of you look like?
Make a detailed list about what you want to change
Be real and raw with yourself here !

Body and Health:

Go to the doctor and get testing done
Move your body every. single. day. (10k steps a day!)
Resistance training or pilates a couple times a week
SLEEP! This is such an important foundation.

Diet and Gut Health:

Priorities the right foods: yogurts, fermented foods, cinnamon, tea + matcha
Less processed foods and more complete, whole foods
Balance is okay, but keep treats to evenings out and enjoyment with others.
Educate yourself on how foods affect your body !
Is your plan sustainable?
Eat your fruits and veggies before anything else

Supplements:

Probiotics, Omega 3 fish oil, vitamin D3 & K2, B12, B6, Magnesium, Lion’s Mane

Cycle Syncing:
Work WITH your body instead of AGAINST it bestie !
Understand the different phases, use it to plan your meals and workouts
Take it easy when you’re on your period

Hygiene:

Shower properly every single day
Clean under your nails, between your toes, behind your ears, etc.
Floss and scrape your tongue!
Change your diet to grow strong nails
Keep your space clean and hygienic; clean a little bit every day not just once a week

Skin & Body Care:

Take care of your diet and your body will thank you
Keep your routine very simple and clean
Double cleanse when taking off makeup
Remember taking care of your external appearance will increase self love & confidence
Exfoliate your body and invest in a nice body butter (I personally LOVE Josie Maran Argan Oil body butter)
Get a cute matching pajama set <3
Apply hand lotion every time you wash your hands
Hair is so important! Take good care of it !

Fashion:

Find a personal style that makes you love yourself
Discover your color season and body type
Buy cute loungewear and workout clothes

Extras:

Make your house feel like a home
Keep a routine that makes you feel like a million bucks + do things for YOU !

Thank you! Speaking of the every month focus on something different, I wanted to share how I've started structuring my years in case that helps others and if anyone has anything they do, I'd love to hear!

I break down the year into quarters and then have individual monthly focuses within each quarter. I have a notion database to track and review and set goals based on this. Very much a work in-progress I fine-tune a bit more each year.
