I know this might sound funny but it is giving me a hard time to learn touch typing : whenever i try to type a letter from the upper row, all the fingers except the one i raised go backwards and then the finger which i raised gets stuck for which i need to use the other hand

What typing is this called or does it not have a name? I remember there was a name for it. I had to search up how to properly type and trying to find the name for it because my whole life I've been typing with only 4-5 fingers at most, sometimes less and I average 90wpm. I grew up learning to type on my own, never had a typing class or ever properly learned it. So i do not type this way by placing all my fingers on the middle row and moving the fingers up or down, I just use certain fingers to type everything lmao. So I kinda feel a little weird about my typing
