UPDATE: I just got my blood work back (I’ll put it in another video). My folate is low - so it looks like my views on organs was just straight up wrong and eating liver is necessary on the carnivore diet. I’ll post results soon, other vitamins look good but folate is definitely low. I’ll be incorporating liver in. Apologies for calling liver supplement people charlatans 😇 oops.

Is it just me or is Mikhaila looking more and more beautiful as the years go by?

Hi from Alaska, I’m 56yo and 700lb and basically bedridden, and I’ve been on the carnivore diet for 15 days and the results have been astounding in that short amount of time.. I LOVE your father and heard his testimonials about the incredible healing power the carnivore diet has had in your family…. I’m in this for the long haul ! 😊

I'm now on a carnivore diet. I was diagnosed with diverticulitis. My eleventh day in and I'm already getting relief. I had painful bursitis where I couldht exercise without pain. Now i can exercise without pain. My insides are healing. I've lost weight. The first thing i notice with all carnivore/lion diet is everyone has beautiful skin!!!

I did carnivore for 3 months after hearing about this on Timcast, in response to some health issues I was experiencing. It basically shut all my health issues down and I felt better than I have in 20 years, it was mind blowing.

Started carnivore diet 4 weeks ago. MASSIVE noticeable difference from the very first night of sleep. Since then, no midsection bloat, no need for naps in the afternoon, not hungry during the day, no crash, feel amazing. Will be staying on carnivore.

I got here from following your dad and his beginning of the Lion diet he introduced your story in conjunction with his. I've been auto-immune sick for over 20 yrs. I've done Whole 30 three times but have never tried straight carnivore. My latest diagnosis is POTS and it has been the last straw, I haven't been out of bed for any length of time for six months. I started the carnivore diet in stages with still including whole milk and string cheese because I'm too sick to stand and cook yet. My husband just retired so he is cooking for me now so we are going full Lion starting this week. Thanks for your dad's story for telling people you can go straight beef, we just put a 1/4 beef in the freezer. I'll follow and see how it goes.

Update: Three weeks in, I've lost 14lbs found out that both milk and string cheese make me sick. So full on Lion now. I was able to go on a two hour drive and attend my grandsons piano recital. I was vertical for two days and only had to stay in bed for one. I'm still up and down for the most part but with POTS that's a given. My arthritis is minimizing and the swelling in my eyes throat and tongue are gone. Things are getting better everyday

I went on carnivore after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. It has changed my life and no medications. I'm not into trying to convert anyone to my eating style but it has worked wonders on me on a very large range of issues. Never knew I was sick until I became healthy!

Your dad has helped countless men in a profound way, but nothing has helped me as much as finding out about the carnivore diet, thanks to both you and your dad. It has given me a quality of life I was previously oblivious to.

i been on Keto and fasting for 5 years. im the only in my family that doesnt have mental illness and they all take my experience for granted lmao. i stopped caring about helping ppl bc ppl are so hard headed. the benefits have been amazing. lost 5 pants sizes, 70 lbs down, no more brain fog, no anxiety, no dandruff, no sweet cravings, high energy and mental clarity, ON TOP of still building muscle. its the best.

Mikhaila, you look amazing. I had to look carefully to be sure that it's you.
I'm 85, and have never had health issues, but went on Keto because of your story.
So happy that you and your dad appear to be doing so well. I'm a big fan

You’re saving lives left and right. Thank you for being outspoken on this. I spent way too long pretending I was okay not fully embracing the full Lion diet. Last week I went full on and felt amazing all week, lost lbs so quickly for one week of finally not bloating. My post-nasal drip even went away. Yesterday I thought I could go back and immediately was ‘punished’ by my body. I want to cry because now I know 💯 I have no choice. This is real. I felt so good going full Lion and now I know better. Thank you for standing up for yourself. I’m not going back again. A little sad but joined the group to embrace it and mourn the baked goods I loved. Once you go lion, you can’t go back! Thank you MP!❤

You're the reason I went carnivore, you and your Dad.

I suffered emotional abuse for the first thirty years of my life and was so stressed out that my body wasn't working properly. I couldn't sleep for more than five hours at a time but I was exhausted all the time. Any time I closed my eyes I'd start dreaming. I also have a severe back injury and am not very mobile.

The first day of eating cheapo ground beef... that night I slept like a baby. The next day I was wide awake all day! I lost five pounds in the first week and I was just stuffing my face with ground beef and butter.

I'm still early on, on my seventh week, and the weight loss has leveled out. I'm still losing about a pound and a half per week.

I'm not getting my life back, I'm actually getting a life that I never had before. It isn't just the diet, I've made a lot of changes, but the diet is making those changes possible.

Thank you for speaking about this. Thank you so much.

i owe so much to this woman and her dad. they’ve opened me up to so much. to anyone out there….. just do it. i did lions diet years ago (regrettably stopped due to peer pressure) I have no crazy issues but i did develop an allergy to the cold since stopping. however, my experience before was incredible, my asthma completely disappeared and my sleep requirement went from 9 to 5 hours, sometimes less. i’m back on it today.
