First time listener. The anxiety about "did I marry this guy too quickly".
I met my wife when I was 18, she was 22.
We got engaged after 4 months, married the next year.

There were struggles, but understand that EVERY relationship has struggles.
We celebrated 43 years of marriage this year - totally worth it!

My mom has had an autoimmune disease for 10 years. About a year ago, I told her to go on your diet and she listened. She tried it for 6 weeks and then reintergrated vegetables and fruits later on. She lost 40 pounds and all of her symptoms are gone. Thank you for introducing it on a larger scale!

Just wanted to acknowledge how strongly you had your dad's back through his issues. You're a great daughter.

My aunt is a functional medicine doctor and she said one of the best things for her mold patients is doing the sauna several times a week. The heat helps kill the mold

I got to meet your dad earlier this year during his book tour but didn’t get the opportunity to express to him how much he has helped me. My dad was diagnosed with a glioblastoma brain tumor in early 2017. My mother, who had been on SSRIs and benzodiazepines for decades, abruptly stopped taking them due to the stress and she was never able to recover despite multiple hospitalizations. I lost both of them within 6 months of each other. Because your dad opened up about his struggles, I was better able to understand what my mom went through and how little of it was in her control. Thank you both for being so open about the dangers of these medications.

So good to see you again, Mikhaila! I'm 80 y/o and generally feel sorry for younger people having to live in the world as it is today. But people like you (and your father) sometimes make me wish I were younger and could take advantage of all these new ideas being offered. My prayers go up for you, your health, family and especially your work. Blessings in Him!

"I believe you can get better" you have no idea how much it means to hear that from somebody who really understands

Yay! I am so happy you're back, Mikhaila! I'll be forever grateful for coming across your interview with Joe Rogan. You helped me change the trajectory of my life, by sharing your health, diet and healing journey with us. I've been binge watching your older stuff out of pure desperation. 😂 You're such a genuine, real, caring woman and I'm so glad you're back!

I was dealing with intense insomnia and I thought about Mikhaila & how despite being SO SICK she still manages to make a come back. She is the type of person to keep me pushing.

So glad you’re back! I have celiac, and no doctor ever suggested it after they did every test in the book and told me it was IBS and they didn’t know what caused it. I read everything I could and then got the 23 and me health test done. Sure enough, I have a mutation in one of the markers for celiac disease. So now I know! I don’t eat gluten and it solved my digestive issues of 25 years! Nothing beats doing your own research!

I live in Bali with my wife, which is amazing, however the tropical environment is a rife breeding ground for mold, which is a problem particularly for my wife's health. We researched this heavily and found that treating the walls of our home with Hydrogen Peroxide is a miracle treatment. It eliminates it effectively and maintains it for about a year. An excellent solution for those who are having these issues.

Maggie the 82-year old rancher is AMAZING and you should definitely try to get her on your podcast!! Her experience in the ranching industry is also extremely eye opening and needs to be communicated to everyone, particularly carnivores and lionesses! ✌️💕

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your Mold journey. SO MANY PEOPLE are effected by mold and get dismissed by the medical community. I currently am recovering from Mold and I hope you continuing to heal. Praying for you and your family.

Black mold exposure is a serious health problem. My brother and I were exposed as children for a few years in our flat and both ended up having asthma and other auto-immune diseases through childhood. Fortunately, we found the mold in our home and were able to remove it, which helped our immune systems a lot and made us both more resilient again. Thanks for pointing out black mold as a cause, it really could be eye-opening to some, if that's the reason they struggle with auto-immune conditions.

married for 27yrs -- My wife 8yrs my senior - she had two kids 5 & 7 when we married (me at 27 she at 35) -- had our own son - now 22 -- lost our (and yes our) middle child in his 28th yr in 2018 -- been brutally hard over the last 5yrs but we're still going strong. ... advice - marry the person .. make the kids yours and work your ass off as keeping it together -- worth every minute.

I had my daughter at 22. I’m now 32. When I look at my childless sisters who are a couple of years younger than me, I can see how having children now would be more difficult for them at this age, than it was for me at 22. They have very established habits, very set in their ways and used to complete independence, and a child would just change all of that dramatically. I have grown with my child, and have never had to adapt my independence, since I didn’t really have anything going on at 22. I have never known anything else.
I have never gotten used to that freedom that my sisters have - and will have to give up when or if they have kids. I think that can potentially make a person resentful towards their kid. My daughter is almost 10 and is becoming more and more independent, which makes me more and more able to do things I want to do.
The longer you wait the harder it will be to adapt. The same with relationships. If you are used to doing everything your own way, you have to find someone who is compatible with your habits, which is very difficult.

I am 44 and we have very similar health journeys. I have absolutely respected and loved your dad since he hit the scene. Happy for you and your new found health!! The cost of treating a house with mold is insane. I'm dealing cuz there's no way to combat it with my fixed income and inability to move. P.s. diet has been the only thing to improve my health since I was 15.

I’ll be honest, I was a single mother as well. I have an amazing husband now. Having a daughter weeded out a lot of jerks who just wanted me to for my body of my looks. I made it known my motherly role was extremely important. I still had a few jerks I dated but when I found my husband he understood and respected. It also helped him know I wasn’t going to play games, I was ready to settle down. He was 29 and I was 23. My daughter was almost 2. I feel like I hit the jack pot all the time. We have my daughter, 2 kids together and 1 on the way. He’s the best dad in the world. ❤
