This is a Short HIIT. There are also long HIITS (2-4min). What you do for aerobic or anaerobic and how much you do it will very on the time of season and your current fitness level to name a few.

Yo thanks so much for the videos. Love the doggo btw. Anyway, I totally get what you saying, but I have actually have done steady state easy runs sometimes, especially for recovery, and I think it has helped my fitness and speed-wise. Just to let you know, in 6 months, I went from 6:21 mile down to 5:20, 800-meter dash of 3:00 to 2:25, and 400 75 to 59 seconds (I incorporated a lot more running and did track). Would you say this improvement makes me more match fitness since I haven't been playing too many games recently to notice results, compared to in-season where I wasn't hitting these times when running these distances?

What if I’m overweight do I do this while I’m in a caloric deficit or do I run/jog 3 miles while I’m in a caloric deficit?

Which one of your programs do you recommend for someone who’s lower body is stronger then upper, I need to get my arms shoulders and back stronger, my legs are already really strong. May 29th I have a big opportunity to play for Levante in Spain and I need a program where I will get performance/aesthetics. Aesthetics is important because I’ve been told by scouts and agents that I need to look bigger

Hey coach I got a question. So I’m a football player but overweight and I’m looking to lose a decent amount of fat. What’s the best thing to do at the gym? I’ve been doing a PPL workout split for the last 2 months and I have seen some results but I don’t want to build too much muscle to the point where I can’t move on the pitch. Much appreciated if you reply!
