The Godly Dragon Reviews Wings of Fire

I decided to quickly put together another book review, which is my first book review since 2016. I got into the Wings of Fire series almost a year ago, so I decided why not review these books and tell you what I thought? I hope that all you Wings of Fire fans enjoy this video. This is also some good information for people who might want to get into the series.

I got a copy of the first book, not too long after I asked you about it on another video. I did find some of her descriptions vivid and immersive, and some scenes, like when Clay swims through the underwater passage to escape the caves, genuinely suspenseful. I read up to a certain point (I'll leave off spoilers in case anyone cares) but the issues piled up and I couldn't continue. There's an undercurrent of disdain towards human life, both in the, err, metaphysical sense and quite literally. There are two particular scenes which sort of sealed the deal. Maybe the series addresses them as they go on, but I don't think the youtube comments section is the right place to get into that. Also plus one to the guy asking about your discord, I kept thinking it was mine.
