There's a FREEZING problem with my Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus!

Please subscribe for more! This video is to provide a quick update about my Galaxy S10 Plus "freezing" problem. It all started after opening a link from my gmail account from a safe site that I have used many times in the past. Then it happened again while surfing the phone's UI system. Maybe a defective unit or a bad glitch on all S10's?

Yep. S10 plus here too. Ive had to do soft reboots ever few hours. Battery seems SLIGHTLY warmer than usual. I updated the OS, but still have the same problem. Started when I woke up this morning. Extremely frustrating.

I'm having the same problem - started about a week ago and was just a random occurrence. The first time, after several minutes, I got a dialog box that said One UI had frozen & that the system was not responding, close or wait. The other day when it did it, I got a dialog box that said the camera had stopped working, same options. Both times before completely freezing, the phone flickered and the camera popped open even though I wasn't using the camera. Today has been a nightmare. I have had it freeze 4 times and I had to hold down the power button & volume down button simultaneously to force a restart. This did not happen before the last software update nor before I downloaded Adobe Scan. I uninstalled the app to see if that helps and hope there is an update soon to fix this bug.

So there is a bug not sure if it's just Samsung s10 line up or One UI. But what happens is if you go to camera, settings then save options and change it to HEIF then go back and switch to selfie camera. Change ratio at top to full and leave it on single person icon. Take picture go into gallery and zoom in to the picture it will crash your gallery everytime.

My S10+ keeps pausing whenever I play a YouTube video or another video app. It's driving me crazy!!!

I have a whole separate issue. S10 Plus is forcing WIFI and dropping calls my longest talk time is 4 minutes and the data will completely shut off and wifi will pop on. I even turned my home wifi off and the data still cuts off dropping calls. Man I should have stayed with my S9 Plus and now I have moved my number to Spectrum Mobile and phone is useless. Tech support had me do a factory reset and everything and they still can't figure it out. They may send me a new device. This is no good for a $1, 000 phone to have these issues.

Mine started like that and now even when it's working properly, the higher part of the screen does not respond. Whenever I click on any button it just does not respond. Sometimes it does for some time and then it stops again. And it keeps freezing all the time. The phone is still new. What a waste of money.

Had same issue on some work devices, though they are the Galaxy A30. Let me know if you hear anything from Samsung as after troubleshooting and having the same issues on brand new replacements, I am beginning to suspect an OS issue rather than an issue with particular app/s.

My s10 has been nothing but problems apps freezing os freezing fingerprint scanner doesn’t work at all I took the screen protector of and it still doesn’t work I took it back and went straight back to the iPhone X i gave Samsung a chance and still they disappoint

Hi. Have a bit of the same issue with my S10. Did a few restarts and still freezes. Its 5day old so I returned it back to the store. They are happy to diagnose it. But i wanted a replacement rather than fixiing it.

after exploding phones, failing foldable phones, Freezing flagships... people would still say samsung is better than Iphones... the irony

No need to make video about it just return it and get it replaced. Life is not perfect.

Same issue here; sending mine into Texas service center. They said there is a faulty communication cable.

I went to the service center and wiped the phone, still freezes.

My s10 also freezes from time to time and the touch becomes unresponsive. I regret so hard changing from my IPhone 7.

Same problem and most importanting happen is lagging in home screen every time

I too having the same problems with my GS10+. Started last weekend througout this week. I was in the middle of typing on WhatsApp and Froze midway. I could not open other apps, therefore restart phone & issue fixed (temporarily). Froze again just now..😢 My software & apps updated, so not sure what the issue is either. 😖😱😠

I had to send both of s10 plus back one was stuck in a boot loop and the other one loses LTE issues look on Reddit website lots of complaints

I paid $800 for a faulty fingerprint scanner. Am i the only one with that problem?

Hey there, I just got my s10 and saw the exact same issue...twice. was entering my account info and suddenly it locked up. Couldn't do anything other than holding down volume, bixby, and power to force reset it. I did have a custom dpi of 456dp (smallest width) value set in developer options though. Ever since I changed it to 437 it hasn't froze once since then. Hopefully it's not a defective phone.
