My 04 F150 has the trailer tow package wich includes an external transmission cooler. For many years I have wanted to install a thermostatic fan to tthe cooler. When I'm going slow up a hill on a hard pull, there's not enough air flow going over it to cool the trans properly. Got me thinking about it again.

Does the gear box fitting fit the ZF 6 speed automatic transmission as i'm trying to make a system for my Ford Falcon FG ( Australia ) car & i want a thermostatic switch l same as you have to activate the fan any help will be greatly appreciated
