In vault 68, the men did turn tribal but they had more like a clan kinda like the khans. They had a power structure with the biggest and strongest at the top. The leader would be the only one to wrestle with the woman. After some time the population went down and down until it was 0

A boy and his dog is free on YouTube. Entire movie. It's basically fallout the movie before it's time. Incredibly well done and extremely close to the fallout universe in a ton of ways. Probably inspired the franchise next to mad Max and wasteland.

Actually no, it wasn't a bunch of women in that film. It was an underground colony that needed his fresh seed because the men there were no longer capable of getting the job done with theirs.' Facing eventual extinction in the near future, they took him and milked him to get their young women pregnant.

Incidentally, according to the Game creators, the A BOY AND HIS DOG movie (1975) partially inspired Fallout 3.
