Thank you! This led me to a solution. My Echo Show kept saying
"Something went wrong" I ended up logging out of Alexa on my iphone & Ipad, still no luck, did a "reset to factory defaults" and that cleared it up. Powering it off did not work. Thanks so much for your tips and insight! God bless!
