I was keep asking Alexa to play music but she was just turning its blue light a few times & doing nothing! She was listening because when I was calling her name, she was turning BLUE! If you're keep asking Alexa, for example, play music but she is doing nothing! Then, to this problem, you'd need to restart echo dot by Removing the power cable, Wait a few seconds, and then Connect back the power cable and Now it's working!
