Mine was doing this ALOT, then I moved the router from 15 feet away to 5 feet away and it's working fine now.

I got that 1 year ago my rain sounds stopped working and my dad wanted to connect it but I was scared and it got the red thing
So my dad set my android to play rain sounds but it was died so I decided to sleep in my mom’s room.

Yeah if she was truthful this would be the only answer she ever ever ever gave anybody.
It was trying to troubleshoot: its something wrong with internet connectivity, either WiFi is out or the something on the cable providers end

I have had the SAME PROBLEM with the echo Studio
Have tried EVERYTHING, UNPLUGGED it, deregistered it, reset it by holding down the mic button and the vol down button at the same time, I have been on to Amazon and they have walked me through all three of these i have done this with THREE echo Studios, returning each one for a replacement, and finally giving up on the third one and asking for a refund The only thing I can think off is the second batch of these sent out must have a software glitch ....shame because i really wanted this to work ☹️☹️☹️
