The optimal answer for every person simply doesn’t exist. Only the factor of sex can skew the numbers too much. In a generalized way, the solution is to keep the temperature of your room between values of 16-22 C. The humidity should be around 50% during the entire year. This may create additional costs during both summer and winter due to the management of humidity.
