Just bought a new 2024 Honda crv sport hybrid awd. $ 35k vs toyota rav4 similar equipment $38k. Honda feels way more firm and secure and tight vs toyota. Honda all the way.

I just drove the CRV and the RAV4 hybrid’s back to back and the CRV is quieter felt better to drive and had better acceleration

I was wondering, why honda don't make hybrids with Awd? Just only petrol version has Awd.

Like the Honda but we're too limited on options for the Honda here in Aus, so most likely end up with a Rav. Don't need top of the range model and a spare tyre is a necessity in Aus. It's amazing and appalling how few hybrids an EV's offer a spare tyre in a country like Australia

I love both brands but having AWD is a deal breaker where i live with bad weather and snow. Rav4 also cheaper to buy and came with a full size spare tire.

Front wheel drive should be ok to for a Mother that drives her kids to a soccer game, but for a family that goes often to camp it will not be the better choice … The all wheel drive makes a difference and changes the use and driving experience …💪💪💪👍

Toyota is chosen by those people who are not interested in the interior and exterior of the car, that is, the car will move them from point A to B. Honda is a much more progressive choice in every way! You won't like a Toyota after a Honda, and a Honda after a Toyota is a much more enjoyable driving experience.. Toyota lovers aren't looking for fun to drive, It's just a means of transportation.

I would buy the Toyota for the all wheel and also the fact that you get a real good value when you sell it and being a RAV it probably would still hold the value because it's in those few models of Toyotas that do.
