Thank you. I want to confirm that Irreversible inhibitors can be both non covalent and covalent because it was not entirely clear in the video notes.

Noncovalent inhibitors forming strong interactions with the enzymes may lead to stable and long-lasting inhibition of enzymatic activity including Hydrogen Bonding, Hydrophobic interactions, & Electrostatic Interactions.

Covalent inhibitors form a specific bond with an amino acid residue in the activate site of the Enzyme, a covalent bond that's typically formed by nucleophilic attack by a function group within the inhibitor molecule.

Thank you so much!
Quick question, I may be incorrect but I was under the impression that with uncompetitive inhibition they could either bind to the ES complex or also to the allosteric site? Or am I wrong

Hi, I think that the notes are missing a few pages from the videos. Are they deleted? The pages missing are from timestamp of 5:07 to 5:51

Asalam o Alaikum,
I hope you are doing well. Let me say this before anything else, YOU ARE AMAZING AT TEACHING, like some people have great knowledge but they do not know how to teach but oh man, YOU KNOW HOW TO TEACH. JAzakAllah for that.
I have a question for you, by any chance, are you able to provide with these notes in PDF form or any other form because I am very short on time for my MCAT and I do not have enough resources to screenshot each slide and print the pages one by one. I know this may be too much to ask by Wallahi it would be so much appreciated if you can share the notes that you are using in these videos so that I can go through them and then refer to the specific parts of the videos if needed. I can share my email address with you privately is needed!
JazakAllah! May Allah reward you for sharing your knowledge and teaching! Aameen
