This is probably the most friendly video about America I’ve ever seen

These are the nicest things I have ever heard that came out of someone's mouth when talking about America

As an european i didn't even know power sockets were supposed to have a switch

Edit: 7 months later I realized that I'm an Idiot and can't even speak English properly, my mistake? "an european" lol apparently it's "a european" considering the fact that I know this language better than my primary one means that my 20iq brain isn't able to formulate simple sentences correctly no matter the language.
I'm not gonna correct my mistake just so I can reflect on it my whole life from now on.

Cars don't stop for pedestrians in EVERY place in the US. Be careful, they'll speed up to hit you in Vegas.

I’ve never heard someone talk so positively about the USA. Sounds nice to be on the receiving end of the international traveling compliments for once

I always like to hear when foreigners say “everyone in the US is kind and would stop on the street to talk to you”

I only had the chance to spend 2 weeks in the US. I was able to experience such polite, open and including people. In germany noone starts a random convo with a stranger. Talking on a bus is pretty much a nono.
In Miami we had a dude on the bus who was listening to music on his headphones, singing out loud, and dancing to it and another random girl randomly started to talk to him about the artist. That was so lovely...
Also the amount of "ohhhh! sweet couples!!!" we heard in just 2 weeks was amazing haha

I'd love to return one day :3

It's nice to see someone not bashing the USA.

Fun fact. In Malaysia we walk opposite direction of the cars. It mean we walk toward and facing the car, it feels much more safe for us to avoid any accident.

first time I ever went to the US, I was shocked when some random bloke waved and said "Hello how are you today?" I never saw this gentleman ever in my life. But he had a genuine smile on his face. I told him I'm here in holiday, and he said with a warm voice "Oh! well, I hope you enjoy your stay!" and even proceeded to tell me of some local hot spots.

America is practically a continent where each state is like its own country. Things like politeness and getting checked for weapons at bars varies GREATLY depending on which state you’re in lol.

What a great presentation of the quiet life in the States.

Things may be a little weird, but if you have positivity, others do amplify it.

Just don't go to a place like LA and expect it to have the exact same vibe, you can walk a single kilometer and feel like you've crossed into another country around here, easy.

Ive lived in Japan so long, coming back to the US and strangers talking to me was by far the weirdest thing.

As a 43 year old American I have never been "checked for guns" before entering a bar.

Thank you so much for the positive view!! Always makes me sad to see people from other countries assume America is such a terrible, dangerous, scary place based on what is shown in media.
