#6 is a little bit more complicated. Technically it's allowed. But there are laws against polluting groundwater, so you can't have chemical detergent and oil seep in to the ground. If you're able to prevent that, you may be able to wash your car at home, but there are also regulations that differ from city to city. You can wash your car with only water, because that doesn't pollute the groundwater.

Cycling while drunk is only illegal if you have an accident or drank a certain amount of alcohol. The tolerance is also higher than for cars and you could loose your drivers license

I'm german but honestly: how are these things 'weird' ? Most of these things are illegal in order to not bother anyone.

Nr 7 is not exactly true because we in Germany have “Du” and “Sie”. “Du” is the pronoun you use if you speak with your parents, friends and others you know. But you use “Sie” if you want to be polite, speak with strangers or speak with more superior people than you (like a teacher, boss, judge or a policeman)

well no some of these are either wrong or not quite true: you are allowed to cycle "drunk" (up to 1, 6 promille) as long as youre cycling straight and dont cause a crash. and all those noise related things are only true in case someone compmains about you and even then you havent like committed a crime, the police will just ask you to turn the music down a bit (for example)

It's not illegal to play an instrument after midnight, but it's not allowed to play an instrument louder then normal speech strength after 10pm

1. Washing your car at home is legal, your only not allowed to clean the engine because the gasoline goes into the ground and kills everything there.
2. No alcohol when you're part of traffic, it's not weird (by the way: you're allowed to ride and drive with a max. of 0, 5 %0).

Yes, that's how it is here. Even we Germans don't really understand many of the rules. I personally support rule no. 2, so that no child is named Apple, Bear Blue etc.

Non of these rules is weird , to work in a room with no windows is allowed but there has to be a reason and workers rights like daylight and a working heating and or cooling system are workers rights, if your job is in a dark room or a very cold or hot room you get some kind of extra and your company has to have extras but you can`t just say oh extra working space in the basement for people that earn less i don`t like etc ...
than the thing about sundays or at night you are not allowed to make noise that disturbs anyone at these times sunday is a quiet day and so is the night or some houres during the day ..
basic rules about traffic have a working vehicle breaks lights and fuel and a driver that is able to drive no alcohol above a certain level etc so dirving anything drunk is not allowed and can cost you your drivers license because you endanger others because your speed is higher and your reactions are slower and force is mass times acceleration your a force to be reckon with when your in a car or on a bike ...
du and the police is about respect when the police asks you to be formal you and the police have to use sie the police officer is also not allowed to use du at this time when they use du you can use du as well but when they say sie können mich nicht duzen you are not allowed to but the police has to use sie as well .
Washing your car is allowed having soap or oil in the water is not so if you use dry ice or no water because you use dry towels clean your car washing your car must be safe for the environment ... camping or fire outside when it`s dry is also forbidden because the risk that something happens is to high ...

these rules are there to protect rights and freedoms the right to sleep at night the right to be save on public ground workers rights the right to your dignity
