What's Your Take on Mastering for an A-Lister like Bob Horn vs a Non-A-Lister? and what are the Major Differences in Mixes between A-Lister vs a Non-A-Lister?

From best guess... what is the average levels those legend tier mixers send the final mix file or session to you? Listening to Bob Horn, its sounds like he is only leaving you maybe -3db to play with cause it sounds like a final end product.
