Probably the most stressful start to a race ever! But we just about made it happen... and Mary obviously did her magic. Running in Thailand is hard but also very rewarding... kind of!

Great running Ben and Mary, especially under those stressful circumstances.
I was looking at a July half for my build up to the Great North Run so might just have to join you at Dorney.
I did the 10k there back in July '21 and the race started at 1pm in 30+ degree heat. My hardest 10k ever, so fair play to you both for racing in that heat week in week out.

I was thinking of going to that race... but it was to early in my program! My friend from Ethiopia his name is "kabedde aberre"
