Sculpted Back & Biceps Workout!

Can you develop muscle and sculpt your body in a home gym?? Why yes you can! 💪

For sure, you will have to invest in some heavy dumbbells. I find a bench really handy as well, but for many years, I just used my couch or a chair. Be sure to have something stable!

I know many of you are going to ask where I got this bench. The bench name is Progression, and I got it at a local fitness supply store in Canada. Unfortunately, they do not ship to the USA. I think your best bet is to go into your own local fitness supply store to get something really sturdy. I have some linked in my Amazon store in my bio, but they aren’t going to be as sturdy as the ones that you pay more money for.

Now for the workout!

12 plank one arm row + 12 isolated hammer curl x3

12 dumbbell pull over + 21’s x3

12 bent over wide row + 12 pinwheel curls x3

12 reverse grip row + 12 Concentration curls x3
