Horrible News for the Backrooms Community.

A video from over a year ago just got Copyright Struck on my channel... and the timestamp of the "copyrighted" material showed nothing but a blurry background of a random store aisle, my character, my merch store, and subtitles... yet somehow I got a channel strike for it. When will it end? Will other random liminal spaces be able to be copyrighted?

If I messed up ... then it's on me. But I do not see where/how I did lol

Whole thing is scuffed. Copyright strikes are normally done by bots when it comes down to it, very little human interaction from larger corporations. You should be able to reverse the strike once you get it looked at by an actual person. Unless the person that reviews it doesn't look at it. This stuff has been going on for a while, you didn't mess up. The system is just broken in a way that retains functionality, even if the function targets content that is clearly fair use.

He gets a copyright strike for this, but SSSniperwolf gets basically 0 punishment for doxing Jacksfilms, masteroogway gets 3 videos taken down for "israel and palestinian content". These copyright strikes are messed up and YouTube should not be issuing copyright strikes like this. This is unfair, YouTube.

this is happening across youtube. a channel by the name of odin wolf was recent taken down, even though they stayed inside the lines and did everything by the book. so even if you play by the rules bots can just come in and wreck everything.

I can't believe the one thing that would destroy all of the hopes of backrooms are some stupid company with bots or some random guy who thinks they have the right to copyright strike other youtube channel . I felt disappointment in youtube over what they've allowed here .
