Actually, the poolrooms are pretty safe. The glitch tons only hunt you if you are in the dark area/danger zone and there's a main part to the level where the group called the "lifeguards" and there's food that "spawns" there every like week or day idk. There's also two other groups: the swimmers (teach you how to swim) and a last group which I actually forgot their name but they are armed and will protect you from glitch tons. (The group is in the danger zone).

Fun fact: Dying in the backrooms, will respawn you to the first level, as dying is a type of "escape".

Level 37 is actually pretty safe. Just don’t go to too deep of water areas or else you might get the hydrolitis plague. Its also apparently quite calming.

Level 974 is one of the easiest, and safest. The one entity there will only hurt you if you try to escape with out giving it the cute item. It won’t do anything to you, you can hug it. I’m pretty sure it shares emotions, and I’m pretty sure it thinks your cute. It’s recommended to stay there for the rest of your life, as it is so easy going.

Edit: you can’t actually stay for more than a week, or kitty will agro.

Those are very low survival rates.
In run for your life, you have to run 6 miles trying to survive several hostile entities chasing you. In fun room, once you go in there, you will be there.
Forever.
So try to avoid these levels.
