For the people that don't believe in the backrooms or understand it this is what it's is:
The backrooms is a different dimension outside of reality and the way to enter the backrooms is by no clipping like going through walls interacting with glitching corrupt objects. In the backrooms their is monsters and very few people survive the backrooms and some people die. If u enter the backrooms you don't have a good chance coming back to reality ever again and it's very possible to get trapped their. The backrooms is also based on a true story from 1980 when the government started
To trap people in this wierd place and not many people survived but the one person that did said their was very weird stuff their. Also if u enter the backrooms u wanna bring a watch because u can stay their for hours days or even weeks. The backrooms has levels too and some are harder than others. The backrooms is supposly weirdcore/dreamcore. That is everything you need to know about the backrooms your welcome :)

This is how you learn to deal with it. When you realize there's something on level 0, try to stay calm because things get worse each time, and there will surely come a moment when all these things become a normal routine. With time, you start to recognize that safety is essential if you take the time to seek and plan for it. However, at the end of the day, when all levels are explored, you may actually come across something unique that you might never find again. It's in that moment that you realize this is what you wanted, and this time, you've taken a step further, regaining some of the timing you had before.

So be careful about which level you navigate because the consequences are unpredictable. There's a ranking of expert explorations and travelers who set out in search of themselves, but I tell you to stay away from what you don't know. It's not a warning, just advice.

Hello my name is Tom Jansen, I'm twenty-five years old, and the most difficult experience I've had in my life is as follows: It started on August 31, 2016, when I was trapped in a dimension that my friends called the 'backrooms.' It is here that every day, as I walked through endless corridors of 'rooms, ' I waited for my freedom to materialize. From the first time I was trapped there, everything I saw was random and nonsensical. No other human being, no objects, not even a beam of light in the rooms, just near-complete darkness, occasionally interrupted by a brief flicker of light. I had no clues on how to escape from there, and soon I felt desperate and hopeless. But, of course, it didn't go that way; I remember opening my door every day and trying to make some progress: collecting any scraps of material I found to mark my position and searching for other evidence.

Whenever I looked back, it seemed like I saw the same walls and an end that seemed to lead from one place to another, and my frustration kept growing. Finally, after enduring so much mental torture, I found a room: neon walls, crossing from one side to the other, and a door, but a closed door! I stayed here most of the time, trying to use my resources to open the door, even though I had no hope; it seemed impossible!

Everything changed on day 32 when I finally saw a closed door. The end.
