GM LS series engine. The most horsepower for the least amount of money and very durable.

The fact that you left out HONDA'S legendary F20C from the S2000, disqualifies you from putting these list's.
* "International engine of the year, 4yrs straight."
* Highest output per liter for any naturally aspirated engine, 10yrs straight.
*One of the highest revving production engine in the world.

GM LS motor is hands down the best of the bunch. Durable and can stand up to tons of power being pulled from it.

The two best engines out as far as overall performance and reliability go are the Ford Coyote and the GM LS. The Coyote responds very well to boost and you don't have to beef up the bottom end or lower compression if you put turbos on or a supercharger. The LS you can build cheap and it will fit in most any application. The Chrysler Hemi is another gem.
American V8 muscle baby.

BS, the small block Chevy 350 is the best engine ever made, and the most used as replacement engine for all vehicles, period.
How can it not be on the list.

It was nice to see Buick 3800 Series II and III V6 on the list. They are like bulletproof lol. Another words tough. Most power 3800 was in record so far. 870 some horsepower. One half decent big turbo. GXP 5.3 record 848hp so far. Can't get no more hp. Cause modded transmission GM 4T65-E-HD can't hold up the power.

GM LS with a Comp Cam, the Ford 5.0 with a Roush Supercharger, the Challenger Hellcat 6.2. GM small blocks are probably the most modified.

GM LS ENGINES FOLKS. THEY ARE TBE BEST ON THE PLANET. Sure...some consume a little oil between oil changes, but the reliability, the power and cost far out way any oil concerns. Just the best overall power plants period. They are being swapped into just about anything on the road today.

Sorry guys but forget about VW TFSI engines. Here we have much problems with sudden Oil lost with motor damages because of the bad construction of the engines. Greetings from Germany ;-)

Most mechanics and enthusiasts would consider Ford's modular V8s, especially the 4.6 and 5.0, to be much better engines than the Ecoboost V6s, both for reliability and longevity. It is not uncommon to see 4.6 equipped Fords and Lincolns with over 500, 000 kilometers. And, the Ford Ecoboost V6 DOES use a turbine (a turbocharger, or two). Hence the 'Boost' in the name Ecoboost to achieve V8 power levels from a V6. Also, the Series III 3800 was actually a better engine than the Series II, because the Series III fixed some of the problems the II had, such as leaking intake manifolds.

I read fast but i couldnt finish reading a single engine description. You need to let that sit for a hot second so people can digest the info and reflect upon it. And no, im not going to hit the pause button to read it because the pause screen comes up with all the info and graphics on it blocking the script. Edit that, please. Or improve it in future videos. This is the first of yours I have seen, and its good. Ill watch more. But not if I have to keep hitting pause to do so. Good work.
