44:46 haha Safiye is so disappointed when she just found out Iskender is in love with Kosem, meaning she better not hurt her or else Iskender will be sad. At the same time she wants to end Kosem, what a drama. That would have been an interesting scenario if Safiye actually enthroned Iskender but then Iskender didn't want Kosem or her sons harmed and to marry her. Kosem would probably accept to survive and then take revenge later.

I feel like a huge part from Episode 11 to 12 is missing? How many years has it been? What happened to Osman's mom? How many kids does Anastasia have? How come Anastasia's sister was in the palace the first place? Who brought her there? What was her role? There's a lot of things I want to know and yet we skipped much crucial information.
