INGREDIENTS
700g Carrots - Peeled and chopped into thick slices
50g Butter (dairy free if required)
50g Dark brown Soft Sugar
Sea Salt
Parsley (fresh or dried - optional)

Simmer for around 15 minutes until tender and around 5 mins in the frying pan
