When I use autopilot I definitely look at the dangers around me more than the vehicle directly in front of me.

I have access to the model s plaid service manual and yes there is room for the mechanism but they didn’t have it there because the different degrees of turning would brake after using. I doubt this feature will ever come

I'm actually more attentive using Autopilot. More aware of surroundings outside of the lane.... vehicle movement/actions in adjacent lanes, cross traffic, animals, pedestrians, etc.

If auto pilot starts to do something wrong such as steering into a jersy barrier, can you override it or will it fight with you?

Talked with a Tesla sales representative. Getting Long Range Model X.
The 4680 are for the Cybertruck and Tesla Semi Only. They will not be placed into cars. Not at this time
