🌹 What did you think of Season 2 and who do you think will be the focus of Season 3? 🌹

Anthony did not want a loveless marriage because of the pain he felt when he lost his dad. It was watching his mother almost die with the pain of losing her husband that made him afraid of love.

I think I liked this season more. I dont really care that much for hot scenes, so the amount of them was enough for me here. Loved the romantic tension, however they should have moved the wedding at least one episode earlier. The middle was dragging a little bit. But still, S2 wins this time. Excited for more. This is my kind of trash 😆

Anthonys father picked hyacinth flowers for his wife, not lilacs. That’s why the youngest child is named Hyacinth.

I know Penelope has done some bad things but overall I don't think she's a bad person. They did her so wrong in this show, but I hope she gets some kind of redemption.

I feel so sad for Pen. Eloise always complains about women rights but she actually never acknowledges all of her privileges. She is rich, from a noble and respected family, she has a lot of suiters, everybody wants to dance with her, she has a loving and big family. Pen on the other side lives in a family that’s always made fun of and that struggles with financial issues, she has a different body compared to all the other thin rich girls, nobody ever wants to dance with her, her love interest keeps rejecting her and has made fun of her with his friends, she also recently lost her father who was murdered for his debts. Despite all of that, she never complains, she keeps her struggles to herself and stays a loyal and great friend. Everything she did was to protect the ones she loved

I would absolutely love to see Eloise story. She is by far the most interesting Bridgerton yet.... The youngest sister is also intriguing but didn't get much character plot this season

Season 2 did not disappoint. It was great, I am looking forward to season 3. Jonathon Bailey was exceptional as the leading man.

I’m going to start this comment by saying I’ve read the books. There are a lot plots and characters they have either created or embellished that I love and think they add to the overall story. However I don’t think they did the Kate/Antony story line justice. The chemistry between the actors was undeniable but we missed out on so many good scenes between the characters that really helped to show how they fell in love with each other whereas in the show it was all just sexual attraction and “You vex me”. And don’t even get me started on the love triangle!! They were sisters who adored and supported one another and they were turned into rivals, because women apparently can’t support one another …

I’m so excited for Edwina and the prince’s story. Cannot get enough of the royal family 👍🏼

Can we all give it up for the late Mr.Bridgerton and the late Mrs. Shima because they came in clutch with the ring not coming off and the bracelet falling. Looking out for their children even beyond the grave 🥰

I loved this season more than season 1. Seeing the death of Edmund was heartbreaking. Loved every side story as well. Fantastic job!!!! 👏👏👏

I wish we had actually seen Kate and Anthony get married, the lead up to that and it was a huge missed opportunity to maybe input some Indian elements to the wedding. I'm actually surprised how there wasn't more blending this into the regency elements as its actually on point for the time. Especially given the fact that India was brought up in conversation, I was hoping for something beyond the pre wedding rituals. O well!

The Chemistry with Kate & Anthony was off the charts!! It simply made my own heart race something fierce!! LoL I hope the next season fills in more of the timeline after they are FINALLY free to Love because it was a tortured slow drag to get to that point!! 💜

I spent alot of time angry with with how they got together. I felt so sad for Edwina and would have loved to actually see her get with the prince. I also liked the progress of her character she's definitely befitting for royalty.

Hands down, love season two over season one! Something about their chemistry is written and acted out really well and beautifully! 💖

One main reason to watch season 2, to enjoy Jonathan Bailey's powerful acting performance.

At first i don't like season 2 because it is really different from the book. The nuance is not like season 1.

And then i watch again (already four times and still growing). I realize this season is supposed to be different and far away from fantasy romance.

Kate and Anthony are representation of being the oldest child. They love their family more than anything. They forget to find love and happiness for them.

Like Daphne said "Edwina is Perfect" and that's why she's too good to be with Anthony. Kate and Anthony are really a match for each other.

So, in the end. Kanthony rocks guys...😁

Just a thing that I noticed. In 2 seasons Francesca has like 10 scenes where she doesn't even talk. Like when Anthony proposes there is a shot of the whole family and she's not even there.

I really loved watching Season 2 because I felt it focused more on the character development and we got see the their inner feelings. I loved the heavy emotion and seeing the power that those emotions hold. I also really loved seeing a whole new side to Anthony and getting to know him more. I really began to love the character. It was beautiful to see how love can be powerful not only in a romantic way but also when it came to familal love. One of my critiques for Season 2 was that the back and forth of will they won’t they between Kate and Anthony dragged in a bit as it became very frustrating to watch at times. Though maybe that was the intention. I did also like that it was less raunchier than Season 1. And I felt that them coming together was kind of put in too late because I would have liked to have seen them as a couple more and of course have seen their wedding! So I felt that the ending of the season was kinda rushed. Overall, I absolutely love the Bridgerton series as it completely consumes me into their world and, I cannot wait for what the next seasons have to offer.

I'm so happy that the story for season 3 will change because for me the story from the book was plain and simple - a classic Cinderella story which in 2022 has so many versions.
