I really love her with Theo as friends or not. She needs a confidant after their FO scene of Penelope. She needs to reinstate the truth that it is okay to have friendships with opposite sex even without chaperons. Unfortunately, if she ends with Sir Philip, it is really a huge challenge for the series to show how she'll change and embrace motherhood and love. Unlike Kate, Eloise doesnt really have any dreams of love and relationships yet. Her walls are too high to be broken so Theo kinda did a bit.
